iNVATERRA was founded in 2005, when one of our first clients was looking to transition data from an existing ERP system to a new one they had just deployed. As we worked on their data transition task, we pitched a concept of allowing them to leverage those resources on other time consuming tasks in different parts of their organization, and suddenly what was a concept hatched on the back of a napkin grew into a shared services model allowing employees across that client to leverage the iNVATERRA team for their non-core tasks allowing them to focus on their core jobs. This created a 60% efficiency increase for them and not only enabled them to have a lean workforce but truly unleash the potential of their organization. This was our Business Process Efficiency offering.
iNVATERRA rapidly grew to over 700 employees worldwide in under 2 years, a global client portfolio and a suite of offerings to ensure the success of our clients. During the global economic crash we downsized significantly to the point of collapse. We survived, we regrew, we matured and we diversified. Today we work to ensure the Digital Transformation journeys of our clients is a smooth one by working tirelessly to build nichè teams of engineers that are experts in Automation and Artificial Intelligence with machine learning or deep learning expertise and experience in building AI solutions in the enterprise.
Our Engineers look at platforms like Ayasdi, H2O, Skytree, BigML, Bonsai etc. We work with clients that have built Intelligent Automation systems to provide back-office support to build the knowledge through exception handling for their systems.
